We are looking for talents with great Italian & English skills who will join our client in their state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating!Our client is looking for Italian-speaking talents who will be the primary point of contact for customer requests.Join a team dedicated to providing top customer experience and at the same time build your professional network, improve your communication skills, and enrich your CV with notable work experience.What you will do:Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies.Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies.Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure.Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets.Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.Note: This position is not a remote/work-from-home position. Our clients teams are based in their state-of-the-art offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus

Requirements

REQUIREMENTSWhat our client expects from you:Superior verbal and written skills in ItalianVery good English knowledgeAbility to understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topicsAbility to fluently interact without strain for either partyExperience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; B2B is a distinct advantageHigh attention to details and follow throughAn effective team player who can also work independentlyProven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectivelyProfessional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and the customer experienceRobust multitasking skills (e.g. able to log calls and interact with the customer simultaneously)
