- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Ad Serving issues.
- Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to front line General Support and Service Relationship Managers (SRMs).
- Keep a track of Monthly product release cycle and customer centric Product Development.
- Serve as point of contact for escalated projects in between client and internal operation team for operational effectiveness (user acceptance testing, prioritization process liaison, emergency paging process, new feature release launches).
- Proficient in one of the following languages: Italian, French or German
- Advanced English skills
- Around 1-4 years of relevant experience.
- Google products knowledge such as DFP, AdWords, AdSense is an advantage.
- Ability to deliver solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Analytical, technically minded and highly detail oriented.
- Salary 28k gross per year
