Italian-Speaking Account Manager Las Lagunas de Mijas | Full-time | On-site We are looking for an Italian-speaking Account Manager to join our international call center in Las Lagunas de Mijas. In this role, you will: • Contact existing clients by phone, introduce our services, and present them in an engaging way. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer experience. • Provide support and guidance on our platform and training products, answering questions and helping clients make informed decisions. • Keep clients updated with relevant news and opportunities in the market. • Achieve targets while focusing on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (C1+). • High level of English (spoken and written) – essential for internal communication. • Previous sales experience will be valued (call center, telesales, or customer-facing roles, etc). • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset. • Ability to work well in a dynamic, multicultural team.
