Let’s shapethe future together!For one of our clients – а company specialising in customer experience technology that delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are looking for  – Junior Gaming Account Support Specialist with Dutch and English.Responsibilities:*Provide friendly and professional support to gamers via phone, email, and chat;*Assist customers with account, payment, billing, and access-related queries;*Troubleshoot console, network, and account issues to find effective solutions;*Ensure a smooth customer experience by handling each case with care and efficiency;*Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams while keeping customers informed.Qualifications:*Fluency in Dutch and very good English skills; *Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers;*Customer-focused, proactive, and confident when handling different types of queries;*Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail;*Interest in gaming and comfort with technology, digital platforms, and troubleshooting.Our client offers:*Full-time position, 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday 11AM to 19:30PM;*Language Bonus – extra reward for your language skills;*Performance Bonus – uncapped earning potential based on your KPI performance;*Relocation Support – assistance to make your relocation smooth and hassle-free;*Salary Growth – opportunity for a salary increase after successfully completing your first six months;*Fully paid training from day one.If you feel excited and confident that you’re the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the nextstep.
