Join our team as a Junior Spare Parts/Material Planner Specialist!We’re looking for a proactive and organized English speaker to ensure that the necessary spare parts are on hand to get the job done. Position Objective Ensure optimal availability of parts by maintaining stock levels aligned with current and forecasted demand. Key Responsibilities Analyze and adjust replenishment parameters based on historical consumption patterns and demand variability. Define initial stock levels for newly introduced parts to support smooth product launches. Monitor and coordinate supplier follow‑up actions in response to changes in consumption or supply conditions. Manage end‑of‑life (EOL) processes for parts in collaboration with Procurement and Product Research & Development, ensuring controlled phase‑out and minimal obsolescence. Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management efficiency and performance.

Requirements

What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Fluent in English, both spoken and written Relevant experience in material planning, supply chain, or workforce management could be a plus Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
