Are you a natural leader with a passion for finance and at least 2 years of experience in the Forex industry? We're looking for a Team Leader to guide and inspire our team of French-speaking Account Managers at our international call center in Las Lagunas de Mijas. ???? What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Managers. • Monitor performance and ensure targets are met. • Provide ongoing training and support on sales techniques and product knowledge. • Collaborate with management to improve processes and team efficiency. • Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and oversee team interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in French  and English (C1+) –• Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex or financial markets. • Previous experience leading retention or a sales team. • Strong communication and coaching skills. • Results-driven, positive, and proactive mindset.
