We are looking for a Translation Lead Business Development Manager that possesses a can-do mentality, is creative and excels at creating new business opportunities to lead Upwords' sales strategy. You know how to motivate and coach your sales team to set them up for success. You possess a high degree of technical knowledge of translation technology, services and products. Responsibilities Monitor inbound sales requests, following up with all prospects and preparing quotes or passing to your BDs.Use Upwords criteria and own research to distinguish between transactional requests and larger opportunities to be developed.Make outbound calls and emails to Leads and Marketing Qualified Leads and qualify for sales.Conduct research to assist Marketing/Business Development Team with prospecting for target companies.Use knowledge of translation and client industries to promote Upwords’ unique differentiators and value proposition.Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.Follow Upwords sales process and track 100% of sales activity in our CRM.Actively participate in LinkedIn and other social forums to promote company posts and share appropriate activity.
