Lisbon: Logistic company Customer Agent (m/f/x) with German


Job description:

<ul><li>You are responsible for the <strong>internal advising </strong>of an international <strong>logistics company</strong></li><li>As Customer Agent you process internal requests for <strong>pricing</strong> and <strong>price fixing</strong> of delivery costs</li><li>You are responsible for any questions related to <strong>discounts</strong> and <strong>general services</strong></li><li>You make sure that you give professional advice to the sales staff and thus guarantee a smooth process </li></ul>

<ul><li>You are <strong>fluent </strong>in the <strong>German</strong> language and have a good language skills of English</li><li>With three words you would describe yourself as <strong>friendly,</strong> <strong>communicative</strong> and<strong> customer-oriented</strong></li><li>Your strengths include reliability, a <strong>structured</strong> way of working and a solution-oriented approach</li><li>Beside good <strong>computer skills</strong>,  first experiences in customer service are a plus, but not a must</li></ul>
