If you are organized, quick-thinking, and people-oriented, this role is for you.What You’ll Do: Deliver top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat in Dutch and EnglishManage logistics tasks: track packages, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with consumers, vendors, and partners.Ensure every interaction is professional, efficient, and leaves customers with a positive impression.Stay up to date on client policies, products, and services.

Requirements
