Be responsible for creating new training materials and conducting training sessions for our monetization ads integrity automation related work, especially in model training and optimizing fields such as labeling/collecting/classifying image/text/audio/video etc.;
Standardize and optimize model library management mechanism & labeling process and deliver tailored training for outsource vendor team;
Act as the 2nd line quality auditor to check vendor's labeling quality , participate in quality calibrations with BPO vendor teams, and make sure sustainable results to be delivered; fix the issues quickly and effectively;
Participate in setting realistic KPI metrics for vendor's productivity and efficiency, keep tracking and driving efficient actions;
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience; knowledge in computer science, model training or machine learning is a plus, but not essential;
Working experience in a major tech or social media company with 1-3 years in training or coach SME experience is required. Candidates with less experience, but demonstrate a strong willingness to learn can also be considered.
Experience in ads labeling/model training, ads/content safety or quality analyst related experiences is a plus;
English as working language, and native level proficiency in one of the languages (Arabic/Italian/Spanish/Russian).
Proficient skills in MS Office;
Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and quick learning skills.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
