Position: Multilingual Logistics Coordinator with French and/or Portuguese and/or Spanish and/or Italian

Location: Dublin City North

Salary: Attractive, depending on experience with excellent benefits.

Type: Permanent


Our client a global logistics company in Dublin are seeking to hire a Multilingual Logistics Coordinators to work closely with the Operations Manager in dealing with clients orders, customs, administration and invoicing over phone and email. You will be responsible for the administration of all incoming orders, supporting on invoicing, data entry, dealing with clients, managing order/shipping requests, resolution of issues & entering them into the system in line with agreed KPI’s and quality standards and management of the whole order booking process while interacting closely with all the team members. You will deal with all internal and external clients in managing shipping orders working closely with key stakeholders globally. Our client requires a person who has experience in a similar role, with strong administration skills, excellent communication skills and a person who can work on their own initiative.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Managing client’s orders and inputting shipping requests into the CRM system
  • Supporting and managing invoicing for clients.
  • Work with promoting and facilitating the company by reaching targets
  • Manage and operate databases accurately, and efficiently
  • Review and generate reports detailing departments workflow and targets
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention in line with company standards
  • Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Provide support with other departments, showing strong team building
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required



Requirements for the Role:

  • Full fluency in English both written and oral
  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages Portuguese, Italian, Spanish and/or French
  • Previous experience in a customer focused role (office environment).
  • Strong administration skills and great attention to detail.
  • You will work closely with sales & operations and strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking and time keeping skills
