You will be the first point of contact, providing friendly, empathetic, and professional support.This is a non-voice project, with communication only with chat and email. 

Requirements

What You’ll DoHandle customer inquiries mainly via chat and emailAccurately document all interactions in the CRM systemFollow communication guidelines and internal processesEscalate complex or sensitive cases while keeping customers informedWork efficiently across multiple systemsYour ProfileGerman at native level (C1–C2) and English at least B2Strong written communication skillsGood computer literacy and technical understandingDetail-oriented, reliable, and well-organizedPrevious customer service experience is an advantage
