Requirements
Fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken and written)1–3 years of experience in customer service, service operations, or a contact centerStrong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressureProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailFlexibility to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidaysFamiliarity with CRM, ticketing, or operational tools is a plus
