You’ll be ensuring smooth, reliable, and satisfying delivery experiences for users across the region—whether it’s lunch, groceries, or last-minute essentials. What you will do: Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, tickets) from restaurant partners and end customersResolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform useDeliver professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channelsFollow provided response templates and quality standardsEscalate sensitive and unresolved issues where necessaryPerform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project

Requirements

What you will bring: Excellent communication skills in NorwegianFluent in English – both spoken and written communicationPrevious experience is not required, but customer service background is a plus!Strong written communication and typing skillsConfident with PC tools and multitasking between platforms
