Our client is hiring a Norwegian-speaking Solution Specialist to join their market-leading team in Malaga, Spain!We are looking for Norwegian-speaking Solution Specialists for our clients’ exciting projects — with leading brands across industries such as technology, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more.As a Solution Specialist on the team, you will:Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities by collaborating with sales agents and partner connection managersPresent value propositions and differentiation that align with the client’s business goals and IT initiatives, based on your expertise in solution selling and cloud-based salesProvide technical product overviews and insights relevant to customer needs and use casesIncrease technical acumen by offering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloudReview and confirm implementation requirements and pricing estimates as needed, ensuring customers receive accurate projections of expected costs for new requested servicesDemonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers via TeamsServe as the primary technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele-team with potential customersConduct group and one-on-one training sessions across the center on specialized topics
Requirements
Qualifications:Fluent in Norwegian and English3–6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business developmentBroad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutionsDemonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance, and how they fit into cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred)Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planningExperience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solution design, migration, and governanceStrong understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging data trendsMinimum basic certification required upon entry; L200 certification preferredProven track record of high performance and goal achievementExceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing roleSuccess-driven, team-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic and changing environmentShares the company’s values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW
