What will I do?Deliver a safe, compliant, and engaging onboard gaming experience across top cruise lines globally while maintaining full operational integrity..Positions Available & Key Responsibilities:Casino Supervisor — Lead floor operations and staff scheduling; oversee fills/credits, drop/count, incident logs, and compliance audits; handle VIPs and service recovery.Dealer-A — Deal table games (eg, blackjack, roulette) with accuracy and pace; enforce procedures, handle payouts, monitor game protection, provide guest interaction, and upsell when applicable.Slot Technician — Maintain, diagnose, and repair slot machines/EGMs; perform software updates, test peripherals, log interventions, and coordinate with cage and IT for resets and reconciliations.Cashier (Cage) — Execute chip/cash exchanges, balance drawers, reconcile end-of-shift, maintain AML/KYC records, and support fills/credits and jackpot payouts..Essential RequirementsLanguages: Fluent spoken and written English required (additional languages ​​are a strong plus).They have experience in casino operations, dealing, slot maintenance, or financial cage management in a regulated gaming environment.Strong interpersonal skills with high attention to detail, accuracy in cash/chip handling, and strict adherence to game protection and regulatory standards.Valid passport and ability to pass standard seafarer medical and visa evaluations..In return, we offer a great package in a fun environment with like-minded people who support you.
