David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for an Outbound - Business Development Representative, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team Position: Outbound - Business Development Representative (German Speaking)Location: Dublin, Republic of IrelandWork model: Hybrid, at least 3 days per week at the officeEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonus DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIsAchieve individual targets and contribute to the team and client’s overall goalsLearn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and servicesServe as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of the client’s value proposition and assessing mutual fitChampion success stories and share them with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.Identification, growth, and nurture a set book of net new customers for the clientSelf-prospecting leads and building a pipeline of high-intent leads and accounts and potential opportunitiesProactively create winning outreach strategies focused on market trends, pain points and solutionsMaintain strong pipeline hygiene by tracking activities and updating records in a CRMSet appointments for sales teams according to specified qualification standards and maintain high engagement and conversion ratesProvide actionable insights to market trends, product feedback, customer insights, and learnings based on customer conversations.Proactively look for problems that can be solved creatively and present recommended solutions.

Requirements

BA Degree/ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceProficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and general sales tools such as CRMs.Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) Speaker plus additional native language requirements as neededHigh confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spotExceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize informationStrong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and work under pressureAbility to professionally communicate and conduct presentations and product demos through both phone and emailStrong attention to detail and follow-throughMinimum 1 year experience in a similar role, including elements of partnering with sales, qualifying new business opportunities, objection handling, and customer service skills.
