Adecco is recruiting a Payroll Administrator for a European technology company experiencing significant growth and recently expanding its operations in Portugal with a new hub in Lisbon. This role will be part of a multicultural, dynamic and digitally driven team.If you are looking for an international, fully remote opportunity and have solid experience in European payroll, this could be the right next step for you. Main Responsibilities Execute and ensure the monthly payroll process for various European countries Validate data, time records and all required documentation Prepare reports and ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations Support onboarding, offboarding and contractual changes Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (HR, Finance, vendors, employees) Provide guidance to international employees regarding payroll‑related queries
Requirements
Proven experience in European Payroll (mandatory) Strong command of English, both spoken and written (mandatory) Solid knowledge of labour and tax legislation in at least one European country High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and autonomy Good knowledge of Excel and digital tools
