Requirements

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:Native or Proficient level of Polish Intermediate level of English Previous experience in Customer Service preferredImpeccable communication skillsA calm, cool and level-headed attitude in every situationExcellent self-organizing skillsA proactive approach and willingness to work on own initiativeAbility to work under pressure, in order to achieve deadlines and KPI’sAbility to adapt to a continuously changing environment and proceduresKnowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Budapest, Hungary
