Location:  Athens, Greece Role: Polish-speaking Ad Sales SpecialistSalary: €1,200 gross/month (paid 14 x p/a) plus fixed monthly project bonus of €150 gross/month plus Performance bonus: €250/monthWorking Hrs:  40 hrs per week between Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00Are you passionate about digital marketing and sales? Join an international team in sunny Athens and help businesses grow through innovative online advertising solutions!About the RoleAs a Polish-speaking Ad Sales Specialist, you will engage with existing advertisers and agencies to help them optimize their marketing campaigns and achieve measurable business results. You’ll manage both inbound and outbound contacts, identify new opportunities, and provide tailored digital advertising advice to your clients.This is a dynamic role where you’ll combine consultative sales, data analysis, and customer success — all while working for one of the world’s leading social media platforms.Your ResponsibilitiesEngage with existing clients via phone, chat, and email.Manage a mix of inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring quick follow-up.Identify sales opportunities and propose effective, tailored advertising solutions.Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve performance.Carry out and monitor campaigns to ensure success against KPIs.Identify trends, address challenges, and suggest improvements proactively.Collaborate with internal teams and specialists when needed.Promote best practices to enhance advertisers’ results and satisfaction.

Requirements

What we are looking for:Fluent Polish and EnglishAt least 1 year of B2B sales experience – ideally in digital or tech.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong business acumen and goal-oriented mindset.Reliable, motivated, and a quick learner with strong teamwork skills.Good IT literacy and genuine interest in technology and digital media.Able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently.
