Polish Speaking Operations Customer Expert / T3 Developer Support AgentLocation: Lisbon (Oeiras), PortugalCompensation: €1,050/month + free accommodation (or €1,306/month without housing)Role Summary:Join the Application Developer Support team of a leading tech company, where you will deliver advanced technical and policy-related assistance to developers via email and chat. You will handle escalations, interpret and communicate complex platform issues, and ensure developers receive clear, policy-compliant resolutions—always with a focus on empathy and technical precision.Key Responsibilities:Handle developer escalations and appeals regarding app policy enforcement.Translate technical and policy content into clear, actionable communication.Investigate and resolve issues involving APIs, APKs, Bootloader, NFC, Doze mode, and related mobile technologies.Proofread and maintain developer-facing documentation to high editorial standards.Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex developer concerns.Stay current with platform policies, tools, and certification requirements.Qualifications:1–2 years in technical support or developer relations.BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with Google developer platforms and app policy ecosystems.Proficiency in written and spoken English and Polish.Preferred Soft Skills:Team-oriented with excellent collaboration abilities.Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.Empathetic communicator focused on user satisfaction.
