What will you do?Support Polish-speaking customers via phone and/or chatHandle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignmentAssist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issuesProvide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivityGuide users through websites and applications and explain available featuresDeliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfactionCommunicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
Requirements
Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spokenPrevious experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantageStrong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindsetMotivated, reliable, and eager to learnWilling to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultureComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
