You will receive full training and a generous relocation package to kickstart your new adventure abroad.The job is with a global technology company from California, well known for producing smartphones, computers, and operating systems.At the moment, we have 4 open positions within new projects:Phone SalesChat SalesPhone Customer SupportPersonal Set-UpWhat will you do?Support Polish-speaking customers via phone and/or chatHandle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignmentAssist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issuesProvide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivityGuide users through websites and applications and explain available featuresDeliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfactionCommunicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
Requirements
Candidate profile:Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spokenPrevious experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantageStrong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindsetMotivated, reliable, and eager to learnWilling to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultureComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
