You'll be part of a vibrant team, working closely with business partners, ensuring every day is diverse and engaging, far from the ordinary. Key Responsibilities: Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to expand Poly business in Central and Eastern European markets.Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to resource for teams on Poly-related queries, sharing insights and updates directly from Poly.Negotiation & Pricing: Assist in special pricing deals, negotiating competitive prices to close deals successfully.Product Expertise: Deliver compelling product presentations to customers, demonstrating deep product knowledge and effective communication.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present weekly business development reports to management.Participate in Market Development: Offer valuable insights during market development activities and manage promotional requests.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:Sales Experience: Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record in KPIs and sales achievements.Driven & Competitive: A winning attitude and a proactive approach to customer interactions.Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and either Czech or Polish.Tech-Savvy: Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with the IT market.Adaptable & Collaborative: Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and function well within a team.
