We are looking for junior/middle Customer Support Agents to join a fast-growing Online Marketing company specialized in iGaming in Limassol.As a Customer Support Agent, you will communicate with the Portuguesecustomer and assist them with their inquiries. You will represent the company’s brand, ensuring a professional, polite, and responsible customer experience.Assist customers via live chat and email (majority of interactions)Limited inbound phone callsVerify customer documentation (ID checks)Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

Serious candidates ready to commit long-termFluent Portuguese and English speakersAt least 6 months of experience in customer support or similarPositive, down-to-earth, and polite personalityAvailability to work shifts European passport (mandatory)
