This role involves handling customer inquiries by phone, assisting with reservations, and providing high-quality service in both Portuguese and Spanish.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound customer calls in Portuguese and SpanishProvide professional and friendly supportClose hotel reservations and manage bookingsPromote services with a commercial, customer-first mindsetWhat We’re Looking ForEuropean Portuguese: Native or C1 levelSpanish: C1 levelEnglish: Minimum B2 levelSales-oriented mindset with a commercial approachAt least 1 year of experience in the tourism or hospitality sectorValid work permit or EU Passport allowing you to  work in Spain
