Our client is looking for motivated Portuguese speakers to join their growing operations team in Greece.In this role, you will work with digital content and user interactions for a well-known online platform. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, supporting quality and safety standards, and handling user or client-facing requests when needed. They offer a professional, multicultural work environment with strong growth opportunities.What will you do? Support users by handling inquiries via chat or ticketing systems in a professional and customer-oriented mannerAssist with account-related questions, general platform usage, and service-related issuesProvide clear, accurate, and empathetic responses to ensure a positive user experienceGuide users through platform features, tools, and basic troubleshooting when neededCollaborate with internal teams to resolve user issues efficiently and improve service qualityReview and assess user-generated content (text, images, or videos) according to internal guidelinesIdentify and report potential policy violations or sensitive content when requiredContribute to basic data quality tasks, such as tagging or labeling content, to support platform improvement

Requirements

Candidate profileFluent in Portuguese and English, written and spokenAt least 1 year of experience in customer service, content moderation, or other client-facing rolesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelinesCustomer-oriented mindset with good communication skillsReliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWilling to relocate to Greece and work in an international setting
