You will guide clients through every stage of the property journey while building your own portfolio, network, and long-term career within the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to successful property transactions.Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the buying and selling process.Negotiate offers and oversee contracts for sales and purchases.Manage leads and client communication through the company CRM system.Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting.Market properties across leading online portals and digital platforms.Stay informed on Dubai's property market, regulations, and industry developments.Deliver exceptional customer service that generates repeat and referral business.

Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in real estate, recruitment, automotive, luxury retail, financial services, or another consultative sales environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.Professional presentation and strong client-facing abilities.Fluent English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms.Ability to perform in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.Existing client network is advantageous but not essential.Valid driving licence.
