Are you a technically savvy Dutch person who is ready for a new adventure? This is your chance to join an international team in sunny Portugal and help users of world-renowned mobile and desktop devices.Manage complex orders from start to finish from a back office. Handle escalations and collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues quickly. Investigate issues and make decisions that are important for customer satisfaction. Contact customers by phone and email to keep them informed and provide solutions. Keep everything organised with internal tools and follow company rules.
Requirements
You speak Dutch like a native speaker and your English is also excellent. You have a keen eye for detail and can perform tasks accurately. You are good at solving problems and making decisions, even when you don't receive much guidance. You can work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience with SAP is a plus, but you will receive training if necessary. You are flexible with working hours and can work shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to midnight).
