Remote German-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)Schedule: Part-time, 30 hours/weekCompensation: €15/hour + performance-based incentivesWork Location: Fully RemoteContract: Freelance cooperation agreementAbout the OpportunityTalentWorldGroup is currently looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representatives for a project with a leading company in the vacation rental industry.About the RoleThis is a pre-sales SDR position, focused on outbound calling and lead qualification, rather than closing sales.You would contact vacation rental property owners, introduce the client, assess their interest, qualify potential leads, and transfer qualified prospects to the Sales Managers.

Your ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to vacation rental homeownersIntroduce the client and explain the serviceIdentify interest and qualify potential leadsBuild rapport and handle initial questions and objectionsTransfer qualified leads to Sales ManagersMaintain accurate information in the CRMManage follow-ups and lead handoversParticipate in KPI reviews and performance discussionsWhat We're Looking ForFluent-level German (C2)Strong professional English, as our internal communication, training and team collaboration are conducted in EnglishAt least 2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales or lead generationConfidence speaking with prospects by telephoneExperience handling objectionsFamiliarity with CRMs and lead databasesGoal-oriented, organized and self-motivatedComfortable working independently in a remote environmentWorking Hours30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, CET:Monday: 10:30 – 14:00 and 15:00- 19:00Tuesday: 15:00 – 19:00Wednesday: 10:30 – 14:00 and 15:00- 19:00Thursday: 10:30 – 14:00 and 15:00- 19:00Friday: 10:30 – 14:00TrainingThe anticipated training period is in September 2026, subject to the final project timeline and client confirmation. Five hours of unpaid training to be organized within a week of start date, according to everyone's availabilityTechnical RequirementsStable broadband internet connection (LAN preferred)Processor: 1.8 GHz or higher8 GB RAM minimum10 GB available storage1920 × 1080 screen resolution recommendedWired USB headsetWindows 11 or later / macOS 14+
