Join United Call Centers as a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agent and help individuals across Europe during the installation and use of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.We are partnering with a leading manufacturer of EV chargers to support installers and drivers with multilingual customer service. You will be the go-to person for installation guidance, coordination support, and troubleshooting inquiries.Your Role:Deliver technical and procedural support to EV charger installers during installation and deploymentProvide ad hoc support to drivers, handling issues and usage questionsCommunicate clearly in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chatThink analytically, solve problems fast, and learn technical procedures quickly
Requirements
Your Profile:Native or near-native Dutch, and strong command of English (C1 level)Previous experience in tech support or EV-related fields is a major advantageExcellent communication and coordination skillsSelf-employed or eligible to work as a freelancerTech-savvy, quick learner, and able to work independently
