Your Responsibilities:Represent a well-known international car rental brandCommunicate with customers via phone and email in DutchAssist clients with:New reservationsBooking modificationsCancellationsGeneral travel and mobility inquiriesProvide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needsDeliver excellent customer service through professional and friendly communicationContribute ideas to improve customer experience and service qualityWhat We Are Looking For:Fluent Dutch (C1 level or higher)Good English skills for internal communicationStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesCustomer-oriented mindsetPositive attitude and team spiritNo previous experience required — full training is provided
