Join a support team representing one of the best-known gaming companies. You will assist Russian-speaking players from our Lisbon contact center while working remotely in Portugal.Candidates must have an EU passport OR Portuguese Residence Card.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport customers through email and chat in Russian, and when needed, in EnglishHelp with account and payment questionsFix login and registration issuesUpdate or restore emails, phone numbers, and other account detailsHandle hacked accounts and recover charactersAnswer questions about the reward programProvide information about tokens and pre-paid game cardsResolve payment problems and process refundsManage customer data with care and professionalismNote: Fluency in Russian and English, written and spoken, is required.Working Hours40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour), on a rotational shift pattern, covering 24/7 operations.
