Sales Account Manager for Iberia - Spain (f/m/d)

<p><strong>Your Team:</strong></p>

<p>As a member of <strong>PTC Sales team</strong>, you will contribute to the generation of revenue over <strong>Iberia Region</strong>. PTC’s Go-To-Market strategy is focus on the development and the management of large accounts, develop new accounts and jointly develop main target accounts from our VAR. We enable our customers to execute with efficiency their <strong>Digital Transformation</strong> initiatives.</p>

<p><strong>Your Impact:</strong></p>

<ul><li>You are responsible of sales of our whole offer (software, services, maintenance and training) with large accounts</li><li>You develop and maintain a close relationship with decision makers in your customer portfolio: you understand their strategy & product development processes, to define & manage a successful business plan</li><li>Effective "orchestra conductor", you lead the sales process and coordinate all internal resources involved: pre-sales engineers, business development managers, product sales specialists, inside sales representatives and those responsible for building the service offering (finance/legal departments)</li></ul>

<p><strong>Your Day-To-Day:</strong></p>

<ul><li>Achieve assigned revenue target by selling the company’s Manufacturing IoT, PDM/PLM, solutions and services to large customers in the Iberia</li><li>Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship with this customer, by expanding current engagements as well as winning new business divisions</li><li>Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating and closing the deal</li><li>Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities</li><li>Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients</li><li>Build high level executive/SVP relationship sales long term partnership</li><li>Take part to PTC strategical transformation (Manufacturing IoT/PLM, Subscription with Cloud technologies, High Velocity Sales, Go-To-Market Alliances strategy)</li></ul>


<p><strong>Your Skills and Knowledge:</strong></p>

<ul><li>Demonstrated a successful track record of success in enterprise software selling</li><li>Goal-oriented, confidence and creativity</li><li>Ability to influence, persuade and motivate</li><li>Self-motivation with excellent teamwork skills</li><li>At least 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience in software (channel sales a plus)</li><li>Ability to travel</li><li>Excellent written & oral communication skills in both <strong>English and Spanish, </strong>and Catalan will be a plus</li></ul>
