Known for exceptional service standards and a commitment to innovation, the company blends contemporary experiences with deep-rooted cultural heritage.What will you do?Manage a portfolio of key accounts and geographic areas within the China marketDrive revenue by maximizing account potential and converting new business opportunitiesConduct proactive prospecting and lead generation within assigned marketsExecute site inspections and coordinate follow-ups for tentative bookingsDevelop and maintain deep knowledge of competitors and market trendsEnsure timely and strategic contract negotiation, including SMART annual rate agreementsRepresent the hotel in trade shows, sales blitzes, and regional workshopsSupport budget preparation through data forecasting and performance analysisMaintain up-to-date records in sales and contact management systems (SFA, OPERA)Participate in the duty manager rota as required

Requirements

Requirements Degree in Management or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within luxury hospitality Strong communication and presentation skills High attention to detail and professional responsiveness Fluency in Mandarin mandatory (can be Cantonese)
