<p>Our client is a well-known company operating in the design, manufacture, worldwide sales and marketing of innovative noninvasive monitoring solutions. The key to their success is a modern competitive product and motivated workforce that offer innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and minimize the cost of care. At the moment they are looking for a<strong> Sales Manager (m/f/d) </strong>in London.</p>

<p><strong>Description and responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul><li>Responsible for sales of all company's products in the assigned territory</li><li>Planning and executing strategies to convert accounts (single departments and/or the whole hospital) to the use of the products in a high-competitive market</li><li>Engaging in selling of accounts, including qualification, demonstration and closure of competitive and exclusive products, positioning our client’s technology as the new standard of care in pulse-oximetry and other noninvasive blood parameters’ monitoring systems</li><li>Conducting product demonstrations and negotiations both with physicians and hospital administrators (bio-medical engineers, purchasing managers, etc.)</li><li>Partnering with appropriate Distributors and OEM sales personnel in planning and executing sales strategies to convert accounts</li><li>Providing information to upper management including market trends, competitive activity, product design needs, regulatory, and production requirements</li><li>Participating in hospital bid tenders</li><li>Maintaining thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products and in service end-users</li><li>Providing regular sales forecasts to upper management</li><li>Managing expense budget for all required activities</li></ul>

Requirements


<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or similar level of education</li><li>Proven track record of selling both disposable products and capital equipment to hospitals and the ability to communicate value based solutions</li><li>Several years of Medical Device Sales experience; Patient Monitoring systems are highly advantageous</li><li>Experience calling on physicians and hospital administrators (bio-medical engineers, purchasing managers)</li><li>Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable in high visibility situations and strong self-confidence</li><li>Superior written and verbal communication skills in English with an exceptional ability to lead group presentations</li><li>Demonstrated self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction</li><li>Accustomed to a heavy travel schedule</li><li>PC literate</li><li>Excellent project management skills</li></ul>
