<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul><li>Drive the development and expansion of the Internet of Things market, selling our new IoT software to new and existing TeamViewer customers</li><li>Provide advice to new and existing customers by phone and e-mail / chat</li><li>Prepare quotes for TeamViewer solutions that meet individual needs of each customer</li><li>Deliver a best-in-class experience to customers from first contact to closing of an IoT contract</li><li>Find opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell by providing solutions that solve our customers’ business challenges with the help of our IoT offering</li></ul>

Requirements


<ul><li>Basic technical understanding in the context of the Internet of Things</li><li>Business level fluency of German and English (business proficient). Other languages are a plus</li><li>Ideally 2+ years of professional experience in sales or customer service</li><li>Basic understanding of business processes and automation</li><li>Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a friendly and professional manner when dealing with customers over the phone and via email</li><li>Sales driven and self-motivated to achieve or exceed your revenue targets</li><li>Creative thinking when it comes to cross-selling approaches and solutions selling</li><li>Enthusiastic, open-minded and team orientated with a healthy touch of competitiveness</li><li>Positive approach to change with the ability to adapt and be flexible in a high growth and dynamic work environment</li></ul>
