David Kennedy Recruitment, on behalf of our FinTech client, is seeking for Dutch speaking Sales Representative to join their growing team in Limassol.Position: Sales RepresentativeLocation: Limassol, CyprusWork model: on-siteEmployment type: Employment contractRemuneration: base salary + bonuses.RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as the main point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, building strong relationships through consistent communicationRespond to customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of satisfactionStay informed about products, features, and promotions to effectively present their valueMaximize sales opportunities and drive revenue within assigned customer accountsProvide regular reports and insights based on customer data to support satisfaction and engagement. 

Requirements

Fluent / native in Dutch both verbal & written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven successEligible to work in Cyprus (no Visa support provided)At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven successExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathyStrong computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentProactive and service-oriented with a hands-on approach to customer engagement.
