Let’s shapethe future together!For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology thatdelivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we arelooking for – Sales Services Specialist with Portuguese .Responsibilities:*Answer inbound calls in Portuguese or Spanish, delivering top-notch service;*Assist with bookings, reservations, and general hotel info;*Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction;*Share details about hotels, resorts, and vacation options;*Keep accurate records of all interactions;*Work with other teams to solve guest concerns.Qualifications:*Fluent in Portuguese, strong English skills;*Customer support experience is a plus;*Great problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills;*Detail-oriented and well-organized;*Friendly, professional, and service-driven attitude;*Passion for providing excellent customer service.Our client offers:*Full-time position (39 hours/week) with shifts between 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (39 hours perweek). 60-day probation period and an unfixed-term contract;*Competitive salary with additional role and language complements, as well as performance-based incentives;*One-time signing bonus for external candidates and recurring loyalty bonuses every three months;*22 business days of annual leave, with compensation for working on Spanish publicholidays, following national labor laws;*Permanent employment contract in an established company;*Fully paid training from day one.If you feel excited and confident that you’re the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the nextstep.
