Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies.Ireland: €96000 - €98000 (EUR) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefitsResponsibilitiesEngage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers while maintaining account hygiene.Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.Analyze campaign data to ensure performance is accurately tracked and deliver measurable results aligned with customer objectives.Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified growth opportunities to build pipeline.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to engage with clients in the region.Preferred qualifications:Master’s degree in a business related field.3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.2 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization.1 year of leadership experience.
