We are looking for a motivated Slovenian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Sofia and provide outstanding customer experiences. Your day-to-day:Assist customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and professional service experience.Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, the brand, and the industry to provide accurate information.Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide correct, tailored responses.Manage customer inquiries in a timely manner, documenting cases in CRM systems.Collaborate with your team to maintain high service standards. What you bring:Near-native Slovenian (C1) and good English skills (B2).Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools.Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.High school diploma or higher education.
