They are expanding their customer support operations, and we are building a brand-new, dedicated team to represent their brand excellence.We are seeking a motivated and service-driven professional to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a chance to be part of a launch team, shaping the customer experience from day one. What Your Day Looks Like (Key Responsibilities):As a vital brand ambassador, you will be:Delivering High-Quality Support: Professionally assisting customers across multiple channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.Becoming a Product Expert: Quickly developing a thorough understanding of the client's products, brand identity, and the industry landscape to provide accurate, expert-level information.Solving Complex Inquiries: Proactively conducting necessary research and investigation to gather relevant data and provide comprehensive, accurate solutions to customer concerns.

Requirements

Excellent communication skillsNear Native level of Slovenian, both written and verbalAdvanced knowledge of English, both written and verbalPrevious experience in customer service or a related fieldCustomer-oriented attitudeGood typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)Proficiency in using CRM systemsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksAbility to work both on your own and within a teamHigh school education
