Requirements

Native or fluent Icelandic.Good command of English (minimum B2).EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Bulgaria.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused mindset.Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
