Your mission will be to guide users, answer their questions, and help them enjoy a smooth and supportive experience every day.As a representative of the brand, you will be the primary contact for customers. Your daily tasks may include: Responding to requests and resolving various issues Handling complaints and ensuring proper follow-up Providing clear and accurate information about products and services Communicating through multiple channels, including social platforms You’ll rely on active listening and strong communication skills, especially when dealing with delicate or emotional situations. Over time, you will develop a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio and customer expectations in each category.
Requirements
High level of empathy and emotional awarenessFluency in Portuguese or Spanish and English (spoken and written)Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication abilitiesPrevious experience in customer support is beneficialGood computer literacy and typing skills (MS Office tools)Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsCollaborative, positive attitude and ability to work in a teamHigh school diploma or equivalentEU passport
