Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations ManagementExperience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment is highly valuedFluent English and Serbian skills (spoken and written)Strong leadership and team development abilitiesGood financial understanding and budgeting experienceQuality-focused and solution-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsFlexible and adaptable personality with strong people management skillsComfortable working flexible shifts when requiredStrong technical and analytical skillsHigh School diploma required
