Requirements

Candidate profileMinimum MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking levelPrevious experience in customer service or call center is preferredFluent in Swedish & Norwegian and English, both written and spokenStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with complex computer systemsTeam player with an international mindsetFlexible, service-oriented, and proactive attitude
