Workster partners with the largest outsourcing company in Greece to find experienced Swedish speaking Customer Care Specialists to work remotely anywhere in Greece, or out of their office in Athens. Successful candidates will be assigned to a specific project or brand based on their skills and profile.Support Scandinavian customers over phone, email and occasionally chatAchieve your weekly and monthly targets as part of a multicultural TeamProvide exceptional customer experienceRepresent your brand professionally and with dedicationDocument each interaction in a dedicated CRM systemAct as a key participant within the internal team and wider by taking part in department initiatives providing feedback/updates, promoting collaborative solutions, and supporting colleagues/department
Requirements
Native (C1+) level of SwedishWillingness to relocate to Greece or based thereGood level of English (B2)Experience in Customer Support is an advantageStrong abilities to work independently and as a team playerProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsAdaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changesStrong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applicationsAbility to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
