As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be assisting customers via phone and email, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. You’ll also handle some calls in English and use English-based training and tools.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in Swedish and EnglishTroubleshoot technical and service-related issues and provide effective solutionsGuide customers through products, services, and billing informationEscalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate departmentDocument interactions clearly in the systemMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Requirements
