Swedish Speaking Customer Service - Office based OR remote in Greece if already has worked in Greece. C2 Swedish & C1 English (Written & verbal) – Will take calls also in EnglishTraining & tools are in EnglishContract: unlimitedChannel: Phone & EmailOperating hours Swedish: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 19:15Salary Swedish: 1300 gross (950 + 350 language allowance)Performance bonus: Up to 10% according to your performance and KPI’s per month after the first 3 months (to be paid on the 4th month)Private Medical insurance (Generali)5 euros per working day (Up Hellas Card)Relocation assistance provided Candidates should have some customer service experience. Role Overview:Working on behalf of a leading Telecommunications company, need be able to provide birth certificate.Skills RequiredC1 Dutch and B2 EnglishGood general computing skills
