Key Responsibilities ???? Talent Acquisition StrategyDevelop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.Anticipate workforce requirements and ensure hiring readiness.Strengthen candidate attraction and employer branding initiatives.???? Recruitment OperationsLead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.Ensure efficient sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and candidate experience.???? Team LeadershipManage and develop the Talent Acquisition team.Set clear objectives and performance expectations.Coach, mentor, and support team members in achieving their goals.???? Performance & ReportingMonitor recruitment KPIs and hiring effectiveness.Provide regular reporting and workforce insights to management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment outcomes.
